You ought to know Before Placing your orders
1. Please ask all the queries you need to know about the item before ordering.
2. We do not welcome Fussy Buyers as the condition of this item/s has been honestly described to our
best effort.
3. All Our product priced include normal postage. For Registered Mail fee will be advise.
We are not responsible for Loss of Mail. Therefore strictly no refund for Lost Mails and items. Be
assured that we always pack my item/s securely with mostly our address stamped on the back of the
envelope to double ensure the safety delivery of the item to you. We recommend Registered Mail as
the mail will also have no reason to be lost.
4. There is No Meet Up for these item unless agreed by us beforehand. Strictly By Postage.
5. We will post out the items within 2 working days once payment has been cleared.
6. Response & payment date shall not be made later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of
order.
7. Payment is to made through fund transfer to either POSBank or UOB only. Please email or sms to
informed us when you are done with the transfer. We will keep you posted when we receive your
payment and when we post out your items.
8. We reserve the rights to decline refund due to unreasonable reason. No exchange. Items sold are
non refundable. Refund Policy is only for items that are-in poor quality, not as exactly described as in
the website & defection. At such, buyers are required to post back the item to us. Full refund (the
original payment made by buyer only) will be paid to buyer's bank account upon receiving the
returned items. Refunds are only allow within 5 working days from the date when the item/s are sent
out.
9. Orders should be place only when you are confident & comfortable buying from us.
10. Item shown are subjected to availability.
11. International shipping charges will be base on different country zones. Delivery time is 3-10
working days depending on different country zones. Please do your own exchange rate to Singapore
Dollars. Goods will only be delivered after clearance.
